In conjunction with National Public Lands Day. Halifax District FEHA members participated at DeLeon Springs State Park removing exotic plant removal on September 30, 2006 from 9:00am to noon. Members helping with this effort were Eileen Ward, Kathy Maves, Chuck Luther, Eric Maday, Paul Hextell, Jack Towle, and Jim McRae.
