On February 25, 2006 Halifax FEHA members participated in a Reforestation Project in Barberville. Halifax FEHA members Chuck Luther, Eric Maday, Jim McRae, Jack Towle, Eileen Ward and Heather Will participated in the event. This was a new community service event for Halifax FEHA members. Those who participated felt that it was a worthwhile event and could not believe how many trees they got planted that day which was reported as over 400 trees. Great job!
Afterwards all participants were treated to a cookout lunch. Halifax FEHA members who participated also received $5 FEHA bucks and Jim McRae was the lucky winner of $45 for a one-year renewal of his FEHA membership.
